About me
TONY BRAVETTI
I’m an industrial design leader with over two decades of experience shaping complex products and environments, primarily within aviation.
My work has focused on aircraft interiors and systems—an industry defined by rigorous engineering constraints, long development cycles, and low-volume production. I’m drawn to that complexity. It demands clarity of thought, precision in execution, and design decisions that hold up under real-world pressure.
I approach design as a strategic tool. The goal isn’t just to create something compelling, but to deliver solutions that align with business objectives and move programs forward with confidence. The best outcomes balance function, feasibility, and a refined sense of form.
I’m particularly interested in reducing complexity—finding simple, elegant solutions that improve how people experience and interact with the environments around them. Often, it’s the subtle details that have the greatest impact.
Outside of work, I spend my time with my two children and on a bike—riding and racing both on and off pavement.
